It is a full product, not a single-purpose script. InstaMagic works with Instagram professional accounts — Business or Creator accounts. A linked Facebook Page is only required for the Facebook Login path; the Instagram Login path works without one. Personal Instagram accounts cannot be connected, because Instagram only opens messaging and publishing to professional accounts.

WaDesk Integration

One of InstaMagic’s standout features is its native integration with WaDesk.

When connected, Instagram conversations from InstaMagic are automatically synchronized into WaDesk, allowing businesses to manage their Instagram messages directly from the WaDesk inbox alongside their existing communication workflow.

This means businesses that already use WaDesk do not need to switch between multiple dashboards to respond to Instagram customers. InstaMagic remains the Instagram automation engine, while WaDesk becomes the central inbox for managing Instagram conversations.

The integration is optional and enabled through a simple API key. InstaMagic also works perfectly as a standalone Instagram automation platform.

InstaMagic also includes a complete multi-tenant SaaS system.

Important — Third-Party Services & Additional Costs

Several InstaMagic features rely on external, third-party services — including AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google), payment gateways, cloud storage (Amazon S3 or compatible), and the Instagram Graph API through Meta. These are paid or metered services billed directly by their respective providers and are NOT included in the one-time purchase price of InstaMagic. Any subscription fees, API usage, transaction fees, or storage charges are solely your responsibility. InstaMagic only provides the integration code — it does not include, bundle, or resell these services, and you must hold your own active account and credentials with each provider.
