Advanced Permissions Management Module is a powerful module and allows administrators to fine-tune access to critical menu items, ensuring that staff members only see what they need. By default, Perfex lacks granular permissions for Support, Leads, and Utilities, but this module bridges the gap by providing detailed access control for different staff roles.

WHAT’S NEW

Announcements: Create and assign announcements to specific staff roles. When no roles are selected, the announcement is visible to all staff members. When specific roles are selected, only staff with those roles will be able to see the announcement.

Staff’s Department Permissions: Allows assigning a specific department to each customer, lead, and project. It ensures only staff members belonging to relevant department can view and access the related records.
